Aggarwala, Director of the New York City Mayor's Office of Long-term Planning and Sustainability, and Amory Lovins, Chairman and Chief Scientist of Rocky Mountain Institute, will give keynote addresses at this year's Urban Green Expo. Lovins, a MacArthur Fellow and physicist, will close with "Advanced Design Integration for Radical Energy Efficiency".
