Important Meeting
Date: Wednesday, January 27 Friday, October 23rd, 2009 Time: 12:30pm to 2:00pm Location: Alumni Reading Room, third floor of the Main Library, Brooklyn Campus We need to finalize the details and scheduling of all Green Week events (March 29th - April 2nd) by the end of January so that press releases, posters and articles can be created and disseminated in time to be effective. AGENDA: To complete the scheduling: Please bring your request for specific dates, preferred location,equipment/funding requirement and description (100words or less) of events On the schedule so far: AIC-SPONSORED PANEL DISCUSSION on teaching methodologies in sustainable design, March 31, Wednesday, 6-8 pm So far we have a access to Terrian Center and Higgins Hall auditorium reserved for the whole week for your information. Other sites possible through Multimedia services must be reserved well in advance.
